Are these products compatible with my weapon / platform / camera?

Compatibility depends on mount type, power interface and software protocol. Check the product’s “Compatibility” section for supported rails, voltages and protocols, or send us your platform specifications and we will advise.

Can I get a quote for a custom detector or lens configuration?

Yes—we customize detector/lens combos and provide quotes based on technical requirements (resolution, NETD, lens focal length, housing).We are a partner of military factories, which allows us to offer more products and customized services.

Can you provide OEM/ODM and private labeling services?

Yes. We support OEM/ODM, custom housing, software branding and packaging. Minimum order quantities and lead times apply. Contact our OEM sales rep for NDA and technical feasibility.

What is the lead time for production and shipping for bulk orders?

Standard lead time for 100 units: Production cycle is generally 4-8 weeks after order confirmation (may be earlier); lead time for OEM/customized batches will vary. Shipping time depends on destination and mode of transport.

What are the warranty policy and return/repair procedures?

Standard warranty: Generally , 1 year covering manufacturing defects. Warranty excludes misuse, unauthorized disassembly, or physical damage.Returns/exchanges/repairs will be handled via express delivery.
